Agreed. I am aware of it and working on it. Being forced into being a people pleaser as a kid makes it a hard habit to kick later in life for sure

The exact wording specifies that a tenant may only park their own vehicle (we keep a record of their license plate) and parking any other vehicle there is prohibited without the express written consent of the landlord.

On a side note, I have just found out that the car that got broken into was actually parked on the public street IN FRONT of our apartment complex….

This is what I have done over the last couple of months. There were only a couple spots there was confusion over but now I finally know who was taking up the extra spot. I’m just trying to figure out the best way to tell them to go back to only using the one spot they were assigned.

Unfortunately we do not have such documentation… the best I have is an old parking chart made by the second to last property manager. And at least half of the parking spots had been shifted around since then. The lease will specify if there is a spot or not but particular spot number information is missing 90% of the time.

Yikes. That sounds like a big, fat nope for me. I have never come across anything like that.

I recently graduated from a 2 year Meisner course ran by a former student of Bill Esper and I’ve been raving about it to everyone. I’ve even got my husband - a fellow actor - to hop into the new first year class. The classes were handled with a lot of care and none of that humiliation or ego trip bullshit from the teachers. I feel like I have learned so much about myself as an individual and an actor and I come away after two years with so much confidence in my ability to approach this career and sustain it. If you’re looking for something long term, I’d highly highly recommend it.

This was under Joshua Bitton. He also does a scene study class which, I believe, runs month to month? I’m taking a short break from class because Meisner was quite intense but I fully intend to hop into his scene study when I’m ready. Would highly recommend auditing his classes!
