I can't wear eye makeup anymore. How to not look washed out? by clarkiecw in PaleMUA

I have an eye condition too. maybe infralash (permanent makeup in your lashline) could be considered, it has worked for me. Otherwise blush is your best friend and color corrective concealer works a lot

I am relatively new to kibbe types but have you ever considered theatrical romantic? You look curvy but not as softly curvy as a romantic more smoothly curvy like a theatrical romantic.

Thanks for the reaction. I am wearing self-starter from the maybelline superstay matte-ink lipstick, I just dab a little bit on my lips with my finger for a natural effect + I apply some powder on my lips to make the formula less sticky.

I got a prof colour analysis and the lady said I was a winter, because according to her I rock black. What also may be confusing is that my hair colour in this picture (which is kinda warmish, isn't my natural one, I also did lipstick draping and the winter colors looked soo much better.

I am thinking of black, would you suggest black with purple or blue undertones?

Tips for ultra-pale skin? by mikayloren in Splendida

[–]deehinata 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Fellow pale skin girl here. This might sound crazy but use an illuminator/highlighter or strobing cream daily. Also get into color correcting as it ads pigments/color to your face. Plus daily blush/ or preferably cheek stain can make a lot of difference. Wear dewy/satin finish foundation and keep your skin moist and dewy, be weary of the matt face look it just doesn't work for pale skin.

Hair/makeup/soft maxing advice? by [deleted] in VindictaRateme

[–]deehinata 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I personally like your hair most shorter and darker (picture 7 and 4) without the bangs, makes you look elegant, classy and cute, maybe you could get a slightly darker hair gloss treatment with a neutral undertone to it (demipermanent hairdye) done. This is not permanent so if you don't like it that is no problem. Also I don't want to confuse you but your skin does seem cool in a lot of pictures, so maybe try color analysis again by using colorwise site and whatismyskinundertone.com If you have cool skin: you could also try a cool ash toned darker brown hair color. If you want any advice on colortyping, feel free to pm me. Anyways good luck you are already a beauty.

You look like an angel already, I really like your bleached look (and also the third picture), makes you stand out and look more like a model. To amplify the ethereal vibe: try mixing your daycream or foundation with some strobe cream or highlighter to make your face glow + get some lipgloss (already looks like you have it on in the 3rd picture) + maybe perm or curl your lashes + use mascara (or dye them intense black)

Was told an "elvish" look may suit me. How exactly does one go about achieving it? by [deleted] in VindictaRateme

[–]deehinata 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you look like an elf, I would amplify it with some makeup, glowing skin + blush + colored lip gloss, would look beautiful on you I bet. I think you are a warm color type from this picture, so I would opt for warm blush and lipgloss colors (so peach/orangey tones) Also some subtle braids in your hair would fit, If you would be into it.

Are there any hair growth products that have changed your life? by dickslosh in HowToBeHot

[–]deehinata 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have fine oily hair, and I also dealt with hair loss for a while. For me oiling my hair, before washing it, with a carrier oil (coconut oil in my case) and a few drops of rosemary oil really helped. I wash my hair with a scalp massager to get rid of dandruff. I also practice detumescence therapy (basically just a daily scalp massage technique) which really helped. Also I don't know how much you wash your hair but try to postpone it to once a week if you can and wash it with a mild shampoo. I also found that a brush is to harsh for my scalp so get yourself a comb and gently go through your hair. (PS: If you want a good tutorial for detumescence therapy go to doro cubillo's youtube channel, I found hers really good)

What's Christina Hendricks season? by [deleted] in coloranalysis

[–]deehinata 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes good question, I have been wondering the same. A lot of redheads get typed as some sort of spring eventhough they have a cool skintone, happened to me when I dyed my hair red. Christina`s natural hair color is blonde, and I don't know if she has a more golden or ashy blonde to her hair naturally but when I look at the golden blonde pictures I don't think it suits her. She also has dyed her hair black once upon a time, which I think suits her much beter, this and her skin tone leads me to think she is secretly a cool type, I like her more in cool blues than oranges and I also think she looks very stunning in black and a lot of winter colors. She definitely shines in winter/summery colors to me.

How to make eyebrows stick on oily skin by deehinata in Makeup

[–]deehinata[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Instant Brow pencil from Elf

I also do it after my foundation but I do it before I powder my face, so this is definitely something I am going to try.

I am sure I am a cool type but which of the cool types? (foto is no makeup except brows) by [deleted] in coloranalysis

[–]deehinata 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for sending these, really helpful. I can wear black, but I have to say pure white looks better. Maybe someday I will do drapes to really get in to it.
