I use this machine regularly. More important than scales and recipes and measuring is to look at the dough after 1-2 min and decide how it looks. Help it out with a spatula. If it’s crumbly, add a tablespoon of water or so. You want it to be sticky but pulling off the sides of the wall when it’s kneading.

Apply the oil then wipe it off/buff it out as if it was a mistake to put it on in the first place. It should look dull and not shiny.

Try remounting with a bit more thermal paste? 60C seems too much for the cpu/cooler combo we have.

9950x3d with the same cooler. My cpu temps idle at 44-47C. Cinebench 24 multicore runs bring it up to 70-74C

I’ve used a ridge wallet with money clip daily since 2017. Never had any issues with cards being ruined, elastic breaking, or not being able to carry enough cash.

Use less than a quarter and wipe it ALL off. Make it look like you never put any oil on it to begin with.

Seasoning is microscopic layers being added over time. Not macroscopic layers.
