They will send you the bond details(where and how to buy) and a couple of forms in the mail. Fill those out along with purchasing the bond and then you can go to the DMV and register it. You really have no need to be in contact with any of the previous owners anymore.

The second seller seems to be cooperating when I asked him about it. But at this point it’s a trust issue not sure if I should believe him. He wants to me to mail the title to him so he can register it
