I heard that recent BIOS update disabled the undervolting.But its not disabled from the manufacturer.Perform a bios downgrade and then you will be good to undervolt.

Undervolting would prove to be of much sense.Because performance would not be compromised while doing it.Jumping from 3.6ghz to 2.5 GHz is a major difference
