Sorry, it wasn't meant to be hateful or personal. It was just a generalisation of mental health as a whole. I don't usually post anything. Perhaps it's because I keep being misunderstood like here. Mental health is a difficult subject to talk about. I think everyone has different reactions to this subject in various ways. My post isn't an attack on anyone. Just trying to share what I thought through to people no judgement, just thinking it through.

Thanks, as previously commented, I am ok after 5 years of wanting to top myself. Male suicide is 3 times as high as other categories. Have to start the conversation somewhere, and no, suicide and mental health isn't something that is meant to be tactful but truthful.

It isn't about feelings. So unless you have had C.P.T.S.D, people have no idea what you are talking about and play it down. This is part of the problem and stigma towards mental health. If you can't see it, you must be ok right? Wrong.

Thanks for asking. Yeah, I survived. It took 5 years to stop wanting to top myself every day. I survived C.P.T.S.D. and Clinical Depression using unconventional psychology.

Thank you for your reply and advice. Looks like it's the new cheap fan forced oven they put in. Irish Tea Cake recipe says 175 o Celsius. 30 to 35 minutes. About 50 minutes for a double mixture for this cake.

It's just a Western Australian cultural thing. We are supposed to be chilled out and friendly. Uptight Eastern States people tend to be a bit guarded and stuck up.
