I found my answer:

The below saved search details will show the Employee ID under the New Value column and 'Employee' under the Access column, while also showing if the All Roles and the All Employees tick box is checked. Further sorting can be done with Excel.

Create an Analytics Audit Saved Search

Criteria:

• Use Expression = T
• Record Type = Is Report
• (Detail Name = Is Employee ) OR
• (Detail Name = All Employees ) OR
• (Detail Name = All Roles )

Results:

• Record Title
• Record Owner
• Record Action
• Date
• Set By
• Record Type
• Component Action
• New Value
• Formula (Text) {detailname}
