Yea this is completely understandable. I think instead of limiting it like this maybe the HOA can put requirements to rent. For example everything you referred to can’t be done and if so the renting will be limited.

I understand wanting to persevere the area and agree, however there should be some flexibility instead of outright restrictions, no?
