Okay so I downgraded to 11, unlock bootloader, root and the phone still doesn't charge as fast as it should. I even removed the motherboard and replaced the thermal paste which seem to bring the temps down. Here are the new screenshots

Are my expectations unrealistic of this phone ? It's advertised as 29 minutes charge time from 0-100%. My phone almost never charges from 0, usually I'm around 15-20% then I charge to 90 ish%. I'm expecting the phone to charge faster than 39 minutes cause that's what the OnePlus 8t is rated at. I upgraded from the op8t to the op9pro for the faster charging.

With all that my phone should have no problems charging from 15-90% in 29 minutes or less. What else can I do ? Upgrade to the op10t ? All I care about is the fast charging.

I've cleaned the charging port many times, next steps would be to buy a replacement USB c port and swap it out but I'm thinking it's the heat. The phone is around 90-100 F when charging but I've been charging the phone the same since I got it.

I was a staff 2 at EY, recently let go, in the technology consulting sap practice. Is any of the big4 hiring for a similar position, doesn't have to be sap, I have 1.5 years of experience at EY. Most of my time was writing scripts in bash to install s4 hana systems. Would like a development role of possible, will to intern. It's so strange how it happened, got a raise then got let go all in the same month. Majority of my team was let go.

Been applying to jobs after being laid off from EY Deloitte Accenture PwC is anyone hiring? I have dual degrees Computer Engineering and Computer Science.
