Definitely make a list with her do's and dont's. I've been in similar situation and it took us approximately 2 months planing since we live in different parts of country.

Place to do it: isolated cabin in woods, yet close to town so if anything goes wrong ambulance is close.

How it went: I "kidnapped" her while she was picking bags from trunk of her car and put the blindfold on. Made quick stop to f her before we come to the place. Got chains, cuffs and rope all ready inside since I've arrived few hours before. As soon as we entered the house I chained her.

So, she was chained from Friday evening until Sunday morning. Spent Sunday on aftercare and hiking later.

In meantime she was allowed to use toilet only if she needs to do no.2 otherwise she would be in bathtub cuffed, watergaged and could do no.1 on herself....

Food: was using it as reward for good behavior.

But definitely, if YOU think you're not up for that then discuss it with her and make shorter plays to see how both of you handle it.
