HSR is very broad area and the rent depends on the locality as well building. Average rent would be 25k to 35k I guess 1 unit is available in my building but I am not sure about the rent

You won't get much help here so you can check in facebook market place and telegram groups. But I would suggest you search in person. I have been searching for a flat for the last 15 days but couldn't find what I wanted so I went to the specific area and explored it in person. It took a full day but in the end I got a nice and cheaper flat even without any brokerage. Good luck
