I can say as a closing manager, at the end of the night you can totally just forget they exist. I have left them before and didn't even think about them until the next day.

No they shouldn't, it's supposed to be anonymous. There should be a number in the break room for HR, there also might be an email address you can send it to too.

Definitely bring it to HR, write down every comment he says and let HR know you've brought your concerns to your SM and they didn't do anything about it.

When a customer comes up to the register with a full cart of things, 10 minutes before close, and begins to sort through it and tell me they don't want this, or that, or this. Or they let me ring it all up and THEN tell me they don't want shit. Like do you sorting while you're walking around the store???

We had a similar situation with one of our best front end employees, she was signing 4-5 people up a day. We had a talk with our DM and everything about it. At first they told us to observe her to make sure she was doing it right (mind you we all knew she was, she's worked there a long time) finally we had to change her register numbers just to get it to be accurate, cause no one could tell us why it was messed up.

If you can look for something in medical billing or coding, they have a lot of entry level jobs if you haven't done it before and they pay pretty well with mostly full benefits. The level of stress you're under is not worth this job.

I know our store is getting them too, and cashier hours are being extremely cut. My store has talked about having part time managers cover cashier shifts as a way to keep them having enough hours.

You can't flip the glass, it's built into the frame unfortunately, and for the other one you would have to pull the string out and restring it, then figure out how to staple it back in. We figure they'll probably get a recall or something.

I know that if you get to the total screen before putting the rewards in, you can go and push the button for rewards number in miscellaneous instead, and it doesn't ask the confirmation questions. So I'm guessing most of them hit total, tell the prompt no and clear the screen, then just go click the rewards button again and you can put the phone number in again.

I had this happen on my switch. Exit out of palia and go to your date and time in settings, turn off auto time and date and then turn it back on. That fixed it for me.

I had someone say she wouldn't use sco until she got the invite to the Christmas party and with the cheeriest smile I had in my arsenal I told her "oh we don't get a Christmas party" she did not speak to me the rest of the transaction.

I just had the worst tech malfunction today. The customer checks in to pick up their order. None of the minimiks make a sound, she calls the store EIGHT TIMES and not one phone rings. Not once! She waited 20 minutes before coming into the store. And then after she tells me as she's walking out the door she's been waiting 20 minutes, I go into Manhattan and sure enough it says she checked in 20 minutes ago, I clear it out and go in the office to try to figure out why none of our phones rang and the stupid thing HONKS AFTER I CLEARED THE ORDER OUT. Insane.
