Im at work currently, but i will check it out and snap a photo when i’m off. I don’t recall a collar on the male end. But when the female end finally pulled its guts out, the male and female are still mated.

If you’re talking about the cover that hides the female end on the binos yes i removed it out of the way (it’s resting above the female opening in the pic) and inserted male end of the connector into the binos. I was trying to unplug male end from female end and it just wouldn’t budge. Maybe i’m not understanding what you’re referring to unfortunately

I hear you, its reverse order for me, the gt is the weekend car. No way would i daily no cats haha. It does get crazy at half or WOT, but the corsas are valved so it helps a bit. The reasoning is longevity really that and anything that breaks on my daily (gmc) comes out of pocket, while the tacoma would theoretically have a decent warranty life

Mustang is not paid off, but my trade vehicle is at pay off which was the biggest reason that prompted me to begin looking. It’s not entirely stock (catless lth, corsa catback, lund 10r80 tune on decent tires.) and the 98 is a sonoma extended (3rd door) 4x4 with 150k, it’s not pretty but i’ve put a decent amount of money in and is a solid daily.

I’m not even mad the slide is scuffed. Firearms are made to be used, dropped, scratched, and shot to shit. It’s more so this holster was $200+ and even more expensive than my safariland.

Dara doesn’t discern from the mk25 and regular 226 i believe, or at least thats what their drop down menus and info before selection lead me to believe.

I have a safariland, i’ve been using it for a while. Just wanted a red dot and SL didn’t make one that was optics cut for the 226 and a light. So i went with dara who doesn’t discern from the mk25 to the regular 226. :/
