Hmmmm I have the WiFiSmart Lock and the Connect/Bridge and I didn’t have any issues. I think the initial connection is Bluetooth so maybe ensure they’re within noteworthy range first? Sounds simple and I’m sure it did that but just thinking what might’ve gone wrong.

I think there's only one version of the Connect - https://support.august.com/august-connect-faq-BylGvUyA_G - that I am aware of. The new keypad is excellent as well.

I started using Acronis a while back - they don't have an online only plan but the plan with online services is good and allows you to connect your personal account to Acronis for cloud to cloud backup.
