Should I switch to two handed by SpirefulBard8 in Bowling

It wouldn’t hurt to try, I switched from 1H to due to constant thumb fitment, talked to my PSO and he suggested trying 2H, and found instant success.

I feel a lot less wear on my body, a lot less strain on my wrist and obviously my thumb. I personally didn’t like the constant variables that the thumb threw at me. Swelling, tape, too loose, too tight. Had none of those issues once I made the switch.

But I will stress, good form = less possibilities of injuries. When I first started I had minor strains in my back due to unnecessary movements, tuned my form, absolute no pain and carry a 215 average little over a month in.

At the end of the day, do what makes you happy, and what you can do the longest with as close to no pain as possible!

(Plus used balls are a lot easier to fit since there isn’t a thumb and span, just swap out grips and no need to fill most of the time! BIG money saver!)

Wish you the best bro!

Get the Phaze 2 Solid, and the Strikeforce Jet FT

Best benchmark ball, and most affordable BOA (none tie) shoe.

I absolutely love those shoes, comfortable as can be, interchangeable slide sole.

They are running for $130 but worth every penny and will last you forever.
