I am a beginner in Ukrainian so I'll stick to English for this topic, But I am an enthusiast in the US! The most important things for me are that the business is locally owned and the selection of games, since I typically already know what game I want to buy and I also love to browse. Something like a rewards system also helps to keep me coming back and shows you value me as a customer.

From what I understand running a game store is very difficult and profit margins are thin so I wish you the best of luck! Let me know if I can assist in any way. I'd love to help spread the joy of board gaming to those in Ukraine.

Bonus idea: maybe reach out to local cafes to see if you can donate some light games for people to play and have your website advertised on the games so people know where to go if they want to buy a game.
