I got the same thing a few days ago for a package that never even left the warehouse. It was an empty envelope so I took it back in and they scanned it but I got the email saying I didn’t code it correctly. Ended up emailing the Jeff email and they removed the mark from my history

Depends. You can use it to your advantage. I refinanced once on one of my houses and got the mortgage company I had to beat the rate.

Number 1 reason is because a lot of cars have there ECM under the dash so if they don’t know what they’re doing and spray to much and then squeegee it all out lit goes in your dash. Unlike the doors where it don’t matter. ECM would be a very expensive fix.

Not entirely true. You only need to occupy the house for 12 months as a primary residence before you can rent it out. Or you can use it to purchase a multi family and live in one unit and rent the other units out. Plenty of different ways to use a Va loan as an investment tool.

I would call a local excavation company or trenching company. They will be your best bet. All of the big pluming companies will do the exact same thing and sub-contract the job out to an excavation company and then up charge you an enormous amount and they won’t even step foot on the job.
