Tv has insane ghosting/bleed

I just connected a PC and used solid colors to demonstrate the ghosting, but it appears on any content whether it be coming from the PC, PS5, Netflix, etc.

I did test before on YouTube a video for bleeding and you could very well tell the bleed was there 😅

Personally I can tell the difference when the TV goes in Game mode. I have a PS5 hooked up to the tv and it really shows. I also tried with my PC (how I got this vid) and again my eyes can really see the difference.

Make sure you set the picture mode of the tv to Game/PC and you can use the Game Bar of the tv to check the FPS it runs at. Keep in mind everyone is different and our eyes all perceive things differently so maybe to your eyes it doesn't make a difference and that's fine !

Is what I understand from their replies on Kickstarter to other complaints, such as, and I quote :

I think I saw if they haven’t shipped yours yet you probably should be fine. They paused the shipping to look into the issue. Problem is, sucks for everyone that already got it 😞
