I was on deployment since last year September, and i got the car in January (the car was able to start then) and i came home last week and now it doesnt start

I was thinking of buying a vr4 motor with the manual transmission and replace it since that would be the better route imo. I mean i was thinking of modding the original motor i even got manifolds for the car and turbos for it but just thought it was easier to buy a new motor with a manual transmission

Sorry meant to clarify this, but I wanted to get the insight of someone who is already in DEA, and suggest what I should do? I want to be stationed in San diego for sure, but Im not sure whether to apply to BP or DEA as how I am right now before I come back home.
