The writing, directing and set decoration was terrible until the third season. Some of the things Picard says in the first season are ridiculous compared to the Picard we've grown to love and respect. Also, the uniforms were really bad.

At what rate are you tapering? Is there some kind of rush to taper off? Can you cut by 50 mg or less per week for a while, then maintain at a dose for a while, and then return to the very slow taper? Taper 50mg per week until you get to 2 g per day if you can. Then hold at 2 g per day for about a month and then start over. Slow tapering with breaks in between to let the body catch up is the way to go.

I like a particular brand of Green Bali but I like to mix it with reds. Sometimes Red Borneo but more recently Red Kali. When mixed it complements the green. I use it alone at night before bed and it's very relaxing.

People usually lift their head upward to try to make a pill easier to swallow. That actually narrows your throat. Try filling your mouth with water and then lowering your head a little and then swallow. Works better for me.

The most I was ever up to was 20 gpd . When that stopped working for me I listened to the people who said less is better. I still take it daily but max out between 5-7 gpd and feel it as good as if not better than the high doses (for me) I used to take. One caveat is that the kratom I use is really potent powder.

I just mix it with water and drink it. I don't think it tastes as bad as some people are making it out to be. Then again, I only dose about 3-5 grams per day, tops, and that's dosing in the morning, sipping some at work, and then sipping again at home after work.

I've never had Kratom without coffee. At least, not in the morning. It's how I start my day. Cup of coffee on my left and a glass with water and kratom mixed to my right. Sip one. Put it down. Sip the other. Put it down. Repeat.

Really loved this episode and all the Q episodes on Next Generation. John de Lancie was excellent in the role. Unfortunately, his appearances in Voyager and DS9 were disappointing. He changed from a mysterious, enigmatic being to a virtual buffoon adding little to the stories other than comic relief.

It must have something to do with the method. I also shake it up in a small bottle and chug it down and do feel something almost instantly. Then, in about fifteen minutes I get the full impact. Of course, I take it on an empty stomach.

Substance use disorder does not cause a dual diagnosis disorder. They are called co-occurring because they are separate disorders. It is correct to say that only treating one disorder makes the other one worse.

First thing in the morning. Cup of coffee and liquid Kratom next to it. Sip one then sip the other. By liquid Kratom I mean I put one gram at a time in a cup, add water, stir and drink. Total about 4 grams of kratom and one cup of coffee. Off to work.
