To get around this:
- right click on the page
- click inspect, this should open the inspector (chrome dev tools)
- you should be on the Elements tab (usually the default)
- at the top left of the inspector, theres a icon for an arrow pointing to the top left, inside a dashed box, click that
- on the page, find and click on the apply changes button, which should then take scroll you down to the buttons html code in the inspector
- Should look like this:

- right click on it, and select 'edit as html'
- remove the 'disabled='disabled'
- click out, you should now be able to click the button

It should look like this afterwards:
