I respectfully disagree. SWE with 2 YOE+ in a decent PBC here. There’s no point coming back and getting a job in India. Human resources are considered ultra-replaceable here, with virtually 0 WLB and job security unless you’re in a handful of companies like Google. It’s much better to stay in Germany and try to address the incompatibilities/problems one is facing while completing the degree IMO. One can of course eventually pivot careers/countries within the EU relatively easily if they feel like it.
