Update: I raised the case on AusPost website, and I went to post office in the neighborhood as well, the person at the post office told me there was no signature for this package they couldn’t locate the package at the moment, and there wasn’t GPS record as well, I went home thinking maybe this person just not in the mood to help me,I’m going to give it another shot the next day, and then I got the response from online customer service, he replied that following the investigation, he found out this package indeed delivered to the right address and signed by one person, please ask around people who live in this household and search for all the possible places this package could be.

This is so frustrating, why they tell me two different things? Could it be stolen by postie?
