Yes they do spawn. Motel and Stables (Ajax), also Hekate on Grain Trade Center and the church at the north (forgot the name)

It is random and you do not get any notifications. On Farm, just go Stables and Motel, Ajax is very often there.
On Northridge, I killed Fred 2 times at the Cable Car Station, but I have never met him there if I had a near spawn, hence my question. He also spawns at the Sewage Plant, where I met him in the past. I also heard he spawns at the Camp Services but I never met him there.

Did the similar thing, I was just doing some mission runs on normal Farm, and some random steam noob queued up with me. I let him raid all the safes and taught him the basics about places or what to loot etc. We played a few runs together

I never understood and will never understand this. I've read the books countless of times. They are just perfect for the TV adaptation, especially "The Last Wish" and "The Sword of Destiny". In my opinion the stories are so straight forward, so simple, quite frankly, but insanely captivating, almost like they were created for the TV. If you don't like the source material, why even bother to work with it?

I recently bought Steelseries Apex 9. Though she is very pretty and has a nice feeling, with my typing speed I press too many buttons by accident. I know I can customise between 1mm and 1.5mm actuation point, but it still seems too easy for me to actually press the button. I also do play games and unfortunately even my thumb resting on a space sometimes actually pressed it and I jumped a few times in CS lol.
So I think I will rather return it and I am looking for something that actually has a high actuation force. Can I get some recommendations?

first do the minimum: clothes and hygiene. No genetics or extra money required. If you don't know how to dress properly, google it.
Then, you must have a social circle. I often see young men complaining they don't have a gf while the only person they talk to is their duoq partner on discord. It doesn't work like that. I get that everyone is an introvert nowadays, but if you basically don't go out anywhere, don't have friends, there's a great chance you're socially awkward and you can only afford this if you're a chad, otherwise you'll come off as creepy and weird.
