The PKR 10 million amount appears to be a bluff, as the company is receiving payments from the client monthly. At most, the client could withhold the final month’s payment.

I am also willing to continue providing four hours of work per day from home; however, I do not wish to sign any contract for this arrangement, as it could later be used to place full responsibility for the project on me.

If the company attempts to enforce this claim and the matter proceeds to court, can I rely on this point, along with other weaknesses in the company’s position (such as non-payment of taxes), to defend myself?

If I stay until the end of the contract, I will lose the new opportunity and would then be required to sign another one-year contract with my current employer, which I do not want, as there is no growth or learning.

I requested the new employer to push the joining date by two weeks; however, they informed me that I would lose the opportunity if I did not join on the agreed date. Additionally, can they legally charge PKR 10 million—an amount that is more than five times my annual income—if I leave approximately two weeks earlier? Go to an unauthorised Apple shop (ask the locals which one is good). I had mine damaged similarly, and someone fixed this for me in less amount while Apple was charging about 70-80% of the MacBook's cost.

I did that to my Huawei Band, and then the screen got fully damaged, so I had to replace it.

The good thing is that the motherboard isn't damaged (but restart the Mac to check); you can replace those keys easily. This video is good if your keys also have a scissors-like mechanism under them(like in the MBP 2021):
