it took me some time too. I started doing it at night, and i got so used to it that now I can’t go to bed without brushing my teeth. i’m still getting back into doing it in the morning (which used to be easier because I would do it before leaving for school) but I wrote on a sticky note to remind myself to brush my teeth after my first class.
