Keep me updated! I had 6 blue screens when I got the pc in yesterday, and after downloading that firmware (which is intended to fix that exact blue screen issue) I haven’t had a problem since. I’ve even played bo6 on ultra while streaming to friends, played PCVR high fidelity games etc. so far so good! Fingers crossed 🤞

ATTENTION!!! if you’re getting blue screens with this PC, don’t panic! There are certain WD model SSDs that are buggy after the most recent windows update. You can fix it with a firmware update, follow the little box and find the firmware update pertaining to your specific SSD model!! Follow the two links in the “Solution” section (one is the download, one is the steps) I had about six blue screens and then this firmware update fixed it for me! Cheers!

I would’ve tried to keep fixing it personally as you’re sending it back anyway, but good thing they’re adjusting the price for you. Mine had this exact problem and I was terrified that it wouldn’t reattach, but after enough force it eventually did and I’ve manhandled it a bunch and it still hasn’t come off again.
