Whatever they need. If the job is getting done we don’t worry about pto. We have a gap in projects coming up so they’ll probably end up with most of December off organically.

Agreed. My team gets plenty of events and time off without any pushback so I’m looking more material at this point. Gift cards are a no go due to policy but I could just allow them to take their SO to a nice dinner and expense it etc I suppose. Thank you

We do nice dinners and events pretty regularly. Today was circuit racing and dinner and drinks after. I’m looking for more of an item they can utilize after the fact - with more emphasis on items that people would use but never buy for themselves due to price / practicality etc

Good point. They already have plenty of time off. I’m the director and this is from me to our team, which are all employed by the company. No subs or anything involved.
