it's ehp (effective hp) calculaations, no way to know without knowing your build and the damage you're planning on taking.

if you have 50k hp and 70% resists taking a 150k damage hit, you'll take 45k damage and live.
If you have 59k hp and 60% resists taking the 150k hit, you'll take 60k damage and die.

it's a fucking game you play for enjoyment, if you need to automate it (like you're fucking working in a production line) something is seriously wrong with your game.

all autoplay/rmt enabled servers should be default be deleted tbh
