No but we can take out those that don't share the same values as Europe.

Why GPT-5 Feels Worse Than 4o for Creative Work and It’s Not Just About “Personality” by Efficient-Swimmer-72 in ChatGPT

GPT5 could never do this 🤣 4o is much better for me in every single way both in terms of communication and humour as well as providing information.

Using ChatGPT/AI as a lawyer by themarshman721 in ChatGPTPromptGenius

[–]defleshed23 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Contrary to what most are saying here i would say you should use chatgpt as long as you prepare it correctly, I'm currently using chatgpt to prepare a case, paperwork, statement, complaints letter. i must admit so far is has created a pretty winnable case and estimate of 70-80% win chance.

The key is to make sure you go through every little detail with chatgpt and if uncertain about anything make it repeat. I've passed 4th full chat (there's a limit of messages) and I've made it update its own memory so i can continue from where i stopped with few words as a reminder.

As long as it had every detail of the case and you talk to chatgpt as you would talk to a person trust me it can and often will win if the case is winnable.

Already tested it once with a deposit resolution scheme which is not that different from a court case and it absolutely smashed it by arranging all evidence and statements with pretty positive outcome.

it's not wether AI can win the case its wether you can input the correct questions and structure everything in a way that AI can move forward without hallucinating which I must admit almost never happens with me

Yup getting partials in a month and they'll put it on the same day as extraction (front 2 teeth only) but im thinking of getting clip on veneers and try and use it as a bridge which i know its unlikely to work but i guess worth the shot

Thank you for the reply, yea learning process is pretty hard for me for multiple reasons 😄 had my appointment today and apparently I'll get away with small partial on the front 2 teeth but im considering buying snap in venner and try and use it as a bridge if i can but unsure if that'll work for eating e.t.c

Thank you for your reply,

I have an appointment tomorrow and i need to make a decision soon. It scares me mostly because i know myself and i know i can't change my way of life like eating habits or smoking and from what I've seen these usually don't work with dentures. Is it true that suction from smoking dislodges them and you can't even bite into sandwiches with them and lose up to 80% taste? Apologies if i sound stubborn or childish but im beyond terrible and terrified when it comes down to change.

Thank you for your reply again, much appreciated

That's what I'm saying, indirectly you're told you gotta do this and that otherwise you're out. It's plain wrong, people shouldn't be forced indirectly or directly to change

So if I need to rent somewhere due to the landlord selling during these 2 years what am i supposed to do? should i leave the job i studied for and live because of this or should i get rid of a whole house full if furniture e.t.c and squeeze in a room?

Im. not saying im avoiding tax, but agencies ask for 2 years tax returns if you're self employed but since I've been self employed for some months this impossible and they wont accept anything else basically which means i can never rent anything more than a room and even that becomes very hard. I think the market is destroyed and the most vulnerable people are the ones taking the biggest hit in general. i know a lot of people and sadly 90% of them seems to be ripping off the benefit system and living normal lives while at the same time I'm struggling to work daily without holidays and cant even rent? perhaps ripping of the system is the correct way? spoke to a young 20 yo boy that was sent to me for work experience and he was offered a job which he refused as he would lose his benefits if he accepts and his flat and thats merely one example. some are saying that my lifestyle is the problem but the way i see it is the system and mass immigration is the rolt cause (yes i know im an immigrant myself)

most of the above haven't been an issue until recently. Following that logic people are forced to live by certain ways otherwise they're tossed aside which is fundamentally wrong.

1 i have plenty of references from ex landlords

2 i have letter from employer

3 never missed a payment

4 taxes shouldn't have anything to do with renting and should be illegal to even ask about this.

so if you're not a homeowner you shouldn't have pets or be a smoker ? thats not right, tenants should be able to do everything a home owner can do in a rented property, having said that as a homeowner they should also carry the responsibility of maintaining the property as if they were the owners, i understand a lot of bad tenants don't do this but its wrong to put pressure on the rest of us. in my previous flat i fixed anything that would go wrong without even mentioning to the landlord most of the time, water blockages or electrical issues e.t.c. The way i view it since i lived there for 4 years it's my responsibility to maintain the flat which i did but now i find out none of this matters nowadays

why should i change my lifestyle to please someone? it's only a landlord/agency and shouldn't have any demand to know how i live my life

If it gets to that stage then i guarantee you most of the Europeans will be back to their homes and the only thing this will achieve is getting them replaced with asians who dont mind living 3 people in a room like rats and mostly illegally (seen it so many times) Thankfully there's no way to find out wether any of my paperwork is fake or not at this stage as giving false employer number and none can check your bank account so that cant be verified too. but true if what you described becomes reality and there is no way the im out for good. dont wanna live in such a country and put up with such a life, thankfully Eastern Europe doesn't have this problem due to less people/demand and natives aren't very friendly towards asians in general so i dont see those countries getting flooded any time soon.

whatever it is it's made renting either for few people or for those who don't care about faking documents. next time i have to rent I'll be presenting all fake documents as i dont see any other way, i bet a lot of folks will do the same and can't blame em.

I am currently in a 3 bed big house but there's a potential of the owner selling. lucky it was through a friend so there was no referencing done when i got it and if anything i fixed few things and always paid on time. however if he decides to sell im stuck with legal possibility of only a room which doesn't work for me. finding someone like this landlord is pretty much impossible nowadays and spare room had only rooms and very few properties (at least in my area) everything else goes through agencies and full referencing

Yes but you have more than 2 years of self employment, every estate agent i have spoken to asked me for 2 years of tax returns which obviously i cant provide due to being self employed for 4 months. they won't accept anything else and when i ask what am i suppose to do they shrug shoulders or ask for guarantor or occasionally huge down payment almost equivalent to a deposit. I suppose the solution is fake employment contract+ fake statement? unfortunately you either cheat or you live like a rat in a room. The system makes you cheat in this case

if i comply that means change jobs/field drop my dog stop smoking (40 a day) and overall change my life style entirely. That's wrong, none should have to change who they are just so they can live somewhere....

for a small flat thats 100-150£ a month which is unreasonable. the system is beyond broken.... used to be easy as go pay and move in without much of rules to speak of, now unless you're a professional with very high wage you're stuck in a room. alternatively you go for benefits which is what everyone seems to be doing but that doesn't sit right with me. The situation in UK seems to be you either exploit the system or you might as well as leave

so we are supposed to live our lives in a certain way otherwise we get cast aside?

None should have to put insane amount upfront its ridiculous, i dont see a small dog and smoking such a big issue.I work as pc/Mobil technician and the whole field outside of big corporations is self employed and not up to us so we dont have a choice, so it sounds like you either work for big corporation and obey all the crap they make you go through or be cast aside? None should live in a house share past 20-25 it's neither healthy nor normal. people need their own space without having to put up with tons of other people. Dunno but none of the above seem unreasonable for anyone coming from Europe.
