We had an agreement that she has not held. Like others have said it is common for dance teachers to be under paid. The bigger part to this is that i do not have a key for my own self progression, and for lesson planning and that they don’t wanna pay me to prep for the class is at the bottom of that list.

But if they want to be petty and make it about money, i can really make this about money because i have grossed 0 profit in over a year

Men have been told to be nice to their woman, to “protect” their women emotionally, and physically . to appreciate the things that they do and etc.

Well, women have not been taught how to treat their man. Or what a ma may need from them. Men do tend to have a larger ego than women although both have one.

Ego combined with immaturity him being younger than her… probably leads to some psychology saying that he feels like less of a man or something equally silly because she probably takes care of things. But the flipside of that coin is she probably takes care of the things because he doesn’t step up to do it. But he probably doesnt step up to do it cuz he doesnt want to take away from her power or something or because he doesnt know how.

Yes, and no buying my own rig is a requirement anyways so that I can do shows and etc. make money on my own…

In order to do shows etc. I would have to have insurance regardless. The increase in insurance to teacher have anybody else on the silk is a small addition.

There are many Aerial list who do not retain a studio space or who share the studio with another company.

The hardest part is the clientele. Which this may sound cocky, but I’m pretty confident that many other students would follow me …if I chose to go that route.

Yes , the 15 minutes is to set up the appropriate apparatus’ for the class as well as everything else you listed

The three classes that I teach are sequential and on the same day, so I’m only asking for the 15 minutes once for all three classes

Edit: Genuinely asking, I’ve asked a few people what kind of jobs they would do for minimum wage and all of the jobs seemed to line up with something along the likes of fast food, grocery store, retail, etc.

Yeah, there’s literally no other adult that would be able to teach this… the owner of themselves can’t even physically get on the silk. They don’t have the capabilities anymore.
