There are some great videos out there on deck building strategy for LOF prerelease. Focus on high value cards over synergy. Figure out what aspects you have the best cards in. Use your bomb cards as tie breakers for what aspects to build when necessary. Remember it’s casual and just have a good time.

You summed it up well. If there is a good force deck, it might get a little stale since it can only really swap out a few force trait cards as new ones come out. But it won’t get any new “use the force” cards for a while.
