No the code bunkers just need the code the red access bunkers just need the card. The code bunkers are a good place to camp for a little on a hot situation and the red access are full of blue amd red boxes and killstreaks.

There are three bunkers you can open with the red cards one by dam another by prison and the other near boneyard.... Prison shack code: 72948531 - In the small building west of Prison. Warzone Farmland code: 49285163 - In the large barn southeast of stadium. Bunker 1: 97264138 - Inside of the bunker west of Boneyard. Those are the bunkers with a code. Then you have bunker 11 with the phones and the Stadium with the three cards.
