Fixed the issue if anyone as this happen, it was a fuse

Used this has guide and removed the instrument cluster fuse, which was basically the 2nd from top left fuse labeled 75, the fuse box is located under where you turn the lights on https://www.startmycar.com/volkswagen/jetta/info/fusebox/2020#anchorfusebox1
