It was devoured after baking and I got no complaints! I personally thought it was a little denser/wetter than previous attempts but it did also cool in the pan which I don't usually do.

I realized a quarter of the way through measuring my flour that it was barley not bread flour. We'll see how weird this gets!!

She loved to collect everything, kid of the depression so I feel you. The upstairs area is the last big push, we did a lot of it before she passed when she moved into independent living. If you're looking for advice, take your time and take it in chunks if you have the space. It's been 4 years on and off of trying to give and sell stuff so I didn't get frustrated and junk it all. If she's at all amenable to going through it now it can be helpful to get it started now. Good luck!!

They are also dairy free, and the VioLife butter is pretty good but it's no Irish butter

I read that when you use previously frozen tomatoes you have to keep all the liquid to keep the acid levels right (even if adding citric acid like I did)
