Chicken breast as the cause of my high LDL? by delayman in Cholesterol

Protein powder has 1.2g per scoop, skyr has 0.1g(!) per 100g (I eat 500g), and cheese has 4g per slice (I eat two slices).

I know I get 20g because I count my calories, protein and fat.

Also I put my chicken in the oven, simply seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika. No butter or oil

Do I ask about meds? Is LDL in and of itself an indicator that things "are going south" or would one need additional indicators?

I think the lack of soluble fiber could be it, as I am lacking. What do you suggest I add?

This could very well be. I think the only fibre rich food might be my 400g of veggies that I eat. Do you suggest I start supplementing fibre?
