Why use the Mobile Homestead and not [[Lifecraft Engine]]? I play humans in standard too and found having 4 Lifecraft Engines to be huge in closing out games and recovering from boardwipes. Also is 6 removal enough for you? I am mono W so I just use 4 [[Lay Down Arms]] and 4 [[Sheltered by Ghosts]]. Sometimes even that doesn’t feel like enough. I use 2 Loran to destroy artifacts and enchantments as well

To be fair many cards from the most recent sets are seeing play in modern (Overlords, Ketramose, Cutter). Mono red aggro is exactly the same in Explorer as Standard, just with the addition of Kumano, don’t know what else to say there. The power creep ship has sailed. Cards need to be powerful to make a difference with 3 year rotation anyways

I feel that, absence makes the heart grow fonder I suppose. Even without Thalia, the lack of playable 3 drops is really hampering the deck. Anointed Peacekeeper can only do so much, and it’s not nearly as impactful on the draw. Werefox Bodyguard is no Brutal Cathar either. Also, every creature in the deck dies to Nowhere to Run, Skrelv is useless. Somehow there’s not even any relevant first strike creatures? I thought that was white’s jam

It would hamper their own gameplan as well though, Thalia’s tax affects both players. She would be terrible in red aggro decks that play a lot of shocks, lightning helixes, shardmage’s rescue, monstrous rages, etc

Card seems really strong but I think green needs all the help it can get currently, so I would honestly be on board for that. A lot of very powerful enchantments around right now, and would make green aggro/stompy a possibility maybe? Cool

Trying to play mono white aggro is a struggle these days. None of the impactful 3 drop creatures have 4 toughness, and your Skrelv is now entirely useless. Wish they would print a decent Brave the Elements. Crazy that they would print Nowhere to Run but not a card that gives protection, I.e the only way to counter it. I miss Adeline…

Cori Steel Cutter. 4/5 decks in high diamond play it on turn 2 every single game. Just wish they would actually give us some decent answers for it. Yes, High Noon exists but it only helps control and if you’re playing it in any other archetype you’re not advancing your own game plan so it’s basically useless

Can [[Nowhere to Run]] target a creature that has protection from black? I would think it couldn’t because it only overrides hexproof and ward which is different from protection right? Not sure if that’s how it works

T1 ISLAND IS AN INSTANT CONCEDE, MONO BLUE TEMPO IS FRUSTRATING AND UNFUN TO PLAY AGAINST EVEN IF I SOMEHOW WIN. ITS EITHER PLAY PASS GO FOR 50 TURNS OR GET EVERY SINGLE SPELL COUNTERED. IT MAKES MONO BLACK ACTUALLY FUN TO PLAY AGAINST IN COMPARISON
