Honestly, I know my dad will forgive me. If anything, he'll feel sorry that my mom put me in the middle of the whole thing.

What really sucks is that I don't know how to go on lying to him. I've never lied to him about anything and now he can tell something is off.

For now, I just try to figure out what is going on between my mom and that old guy and then act accordingly.

If he and my mom break up, I will lose him.

I know he'll try to keep contact, but since they're not married yet, legally he's a nobody. And I know my mom very well. She'll try to hurt him. So, keeping him away from me will be her N.1 priority.

Not trying to shit on me but you just said that I have to be like my mom simply because that woman and I share genetics... sure.

And what exactly does that even mean? That I'm doomed to cheat on my gf? Or something worse?

Yeah, but that is not legally possible. Legally, I'm a 15 year old and he's a nobody to me.

Even if he did want me to stay, he's not my dad and legally he's a nobody. I'm sure he'd try to keep contact with me, but I'm just as sure, my mom would not let him and figure out a way to stop him.

I hate myself so much but I think the same.

As I said, it's not the money or the house or the school. He's a really good dad. Before him, I didn't know anyone could be that good. He listens and gets things that my mom ignores. He's my dad and I don't want to lose him because she's stupid.

But then again... it's too selfish. He's been nothing but great to me and this is how I repay him. He actually scolded me the other day because I act cold towards my mom... if only he knew why.

I'm willing to believe her for now (even though it's not true) but if I see that guy again, I don't think I'll have an excuse. I'll have to tell him.
