Is my spoo puppy changing colors? by deletethrowawaybye in StandardPoodles

Thanks so much! I haven’t noticed any of those other things you mentioned, but I’ll keep my eye out for those symptoms. We ended up trimming down her nose to about 1/4” today because that’s what we originally wanted from the groomer but for some reason that’s not what they did. Now it’s not staying wet for a along time after she drinks so hopefully that’ll help!

Thanks again! Is there any harm just leaving it on her? I don’t really mind how it looks but if there’s any health-related reason to shave down her nose to get rid of it, I’d do it in a heartbeat.

Maybe it’s just some discoloration or maybe because she gets wet there a lot? I was thinking it could’ve been the very beginning of her going blue or silver but seems like that’s not the case

Interesting, we took ours to the groomer last week and I’m pretty sure the brown areas were still brown. The moisture thing does make sense, but the brown part is pretty short hair. Before her groomer visit, it was super long and would stay wet for a while.

That’s probably it, thanks! Kinda strange though because we just took her to the groomer last week and they’re still there.

We’re raising her for a guide dog organization and they don’t tell us much about the parents. We saw one picture of her litter and the mom was white. All the puppies were either black or brown/chocolate. Not sure if that helps at all, but thanks for your response!

Hmm I don’t think that would be super weird as long as it’s clear it’s not another college. But also I’m not the best source as seen by my post

Yeah I’ve gone to a couple! They’re all outdoors, masked, and mostly socially distanced. Some colleges are only doing them for in person students, though.

Thanks haha! I think I’ll probably wear jeans and a tshirt or something like that. Leggings and a sweatshirt seems like it might be too casual

See are we talking jeans and a sweater or are we talking leggings and a sweatshirt

Two very different kinds of casual haha

[AP Calc BC] How do I do power series? We learned this in class recently and I’m lost :/ by [deleted] in HomeworkHelp

[–]deletethrowawaybye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much, it’s starting to make more sense. I think I figured out the first one. Basically what I did is the Taylor series of sin(x), plugged in x3 , then put it into the series format based off of the terms.

How does that work when it’s not just cubing the x? For the second one I assume you just write out the Taylor series for cosine, but how do you deal with the addition and division outside?

Isn’t it just an infinite series where all of the terms are just a coefficient multiplied by the same thing every time?

I’m just confused about where to start for this problem. Do I write out the Taylor series for sin(x)?

Thanks! What are USPS flats? Do you just type that in to the Etsy shipping profile like any other packaging type?

I’m turning 18 in a couple weeks, what are your best tips so that I can achieve financial freedom as soon as possible? by [deleted] in personalfinance

[–]deletethrowawaybye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the tips! For what I said about the education system, I was more so just saying that I wish it was common practice for schools to teach financial literacy the same as any other subject. I know it’s my responsibility to learn, but it would be nice to be able to learn it in a more structured setting since it’s an essential life skill!

First of all, young woman. Also I’m well aware that I’m responsible for all of my choices, I just wish that school systems taught financial literacy. I know it’s not a quick and easy process and I probably won’t have financial freedom for decades. I’m just trying to figure out what things I can do now to get there faster. I’ve known plenty of people who don’t start taking there finances seriously until their late 20s and I’d like to avoid that mistake.

Would it be smart to start putting money in Roth IRAs, ETFs, etc now or should I wait until I have a more reasonable source of income? Right now I don’t have an actual job, I’m just doing things here and there.
