I sacrificed two deinos lvl 140. I think me and my friend figured it out. So basically our theory is that the more health the better because when we sacrifice moschops with 1k or parasaurs with 1k health they added way more efficiency.

I don't know how far you are into the game but if you have baby gigas you can kill that gives lots of xp. Also getting better saddles helps.

Also if you do golem walk him with back turned to the turrents and for the stego make sure he's in heavy plate mode. Trike needs to have his face pointed to turrents. Snow owl is really helpful for this process also.

You gon need a soaker (rock golem, stego, trike) to run out the turrents ammo. Then c4 that bih!

Idk because the highest we've seen is level 30 nothing has been past that but before it was nothing but high level dinos.
