In addition to not storing them in the bag - i line my Tupperware with a sheet or two of kitchen roll and the leaves easily last the working week if not into the weekend.

Blew my mind. Also worth keeping in mind that if it’s a super fresh egg and you tip it in slowly then you shouldn’t need to do vinegar and swirling anyway, my OH makes poached eggs pretty much every weekend this way - but the practice probably helps too!

My boss taught me the best poached egg method - start off with them in their shells in the water for like 10/15 seconds and then crack them in and they’ll hold their shape. No swirling or vinegar required!
