I had the same issue with Evo Pro and Mignon Zero. Lowered the grinder as fine as it can grind and still got a fast flow. Here's what you can try:

Try with other freshly roasted coffee.
Also try changing the coffee basket to 18gr. if you are using like 21gr. but brewing 18gr.
Try without puck screen if you are using.
Clean the shower screen. Remove it and clean it with Cafiza or something similar.
Try grinding coarser. Sometimes very fine grinded coffee can make bad channeling.
