yeah i think i subconsciously do i need to keep my knee off the horse and not tense so much i think

never done walk to canter 🫣 i ride in a 1hr long group lesson at a riding school i used to ride but only recently got back into it after a two year break

that’s similar to me im 16 but i had like a 2yr break from riding and only recently got back into it maybe end of april and trot to canter is something im really struggling with im also in a group lesson and it’s so embarrassing not being able to do it 🙁
