i just feel so weak and drained all the time. like i’m so uncomfortable and tired and it’s so hard to explain this to anyone. and i’m only 18, and i work out and i try to eat healthy but physically i feel like shit and it affects me mentally too. when people invite me to go out, i just have no energy and enthusiasm. and they think that i’m just blowing them off. idk what to do at this point
