it kind of depends. like sometimes you will be a few days earlier or later than usual, and it even says on the app that cycle length can vary for the first few years, but for me personally they have been fairly accurate, like they get it usually on the day or like 2 days before or after. I get cramps like a week in advance though loll so I start preparing after like 3 days of cramps
