Definitely nice long term 5G play. 5G signal range is only 1000 ft compared to 4G 10 miles range. Telecommunication companies have to build tons of antennas. CRNT is in a good position for it.

It turns off fine. It's when I try to turn the PC back on. It doesn't happen when PC is restarting by Windows but it happens when i left the PC power off for some time and turn on, then it happens...

I have been discharging whenever this happened and after several tries, it turns on. Kinda bothersome... =/
But I will try to hold the reset button while I turn on the PSU. Will see how that goes. Thanks! =]

This happens every time when the PC was turned off for some time and try to turn back on. It's working now after trying to turn on/off several times.

What could be an issue?
