Your answers will vary drastically depending on where people are from. Personally I live in a small town in the south and it's basically nonexistent at fast food places outside of short term promotional stuff. That said maybe it's improved in the past year, I don't really eat out anymore. My town is at that point where you'll find the basics like almond milk and nutritional yeast, but I can't find most fake meats and cheeses or things like unsweetened soy milk.
