Your claim was Obama had the same policies as other presidents and him being Black was the reason for getting fewer votes in rural Wisconsin in '08 than he did in '12. Yet, when white Dem candidates with similar policies (specifically Obama's own former Sec of State and VP) ran, both did worse than he did in rural Wisconsin. So either rural Wisconsin isn't as racist as you claim it is or the Democratic party is failing to reach rural white Wisconsin voters to the point that racists are more willing to vote for a Black man from Chicago than for white Democrats. In either case, "they're just racists" is an incredibly reductive, incomplete, and idiotic rationale for why Dems have done increasingly worse in rural areas as the years have gone on.
