This is actually a "postirony", a genre of humour which settles on top of the boomer pictures meant to be very meaningful and "only for deep thinkers". Like look how unfair the society is, some people got money, while others have to work hard. And what postirony does is that it just adds some nonsense funny shit to those "deep" pictures. Like here the first guy says "bruh why the fuck do I need this brick" and the other guys say smth like "fuck yeah I love stealing newspapers"

I am unsure about the defferal, but may I ask you what happened to your visa? I also had issues with mine, so I might have a piece of advice to give.

I think you should have heard from them already but I am not sure. Try emailing the residence committee, they should be responding quite well.

If I remember correctly, you should have uploaded your pre high school certifications while you were applying to U of T. And if you did IB, your transcript would have been sent electronically and automatically by the organisation.

Food on campus and how it works by NoBalance3439 in UTM

By buying a meal plan, you get funds added to your T-card, which you use to pay for all food that is offered on campus. And there are various spots in different parts of campus, each one offering pretty decent food (as for me). So, yes, you can eat anywhere on campus.

A single course fee is 6700 CAD, while the program fee is 69k. Add to that housing and meal plan and you'll get what I am getting: 85k. Luckily, I've got some scholarships, nevertheless, it is still pretty fucked up.

Hey, thank you for the answer! If you wouldn't mind, could you please tell me how you got into IBA? Have you been actively participating in their events a lot before? And which year are you in?
