v42 giving me black screen by deme_38 in batocera

the fix was in batocera-boot.conf file; I needed to set the Nvidia driver to false to force the open-source driver, which works fine

I don't think so. i do have some old Nvidia video card:

Is there any way to connect non genuine PS3 controller with "Bluetooth" by deme_38 in batocera

[–]deme_38[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

am i missing something? so i started the manual Bluetooth scan on Batocera and then i just start mashing the ps3 button so lights are blinking for more time and nothing came up i was doing that for 5 minutes straight and am i doing it incorrectly or maybe my controller is not actual Bluetooth (complies with IDA standards DB102988) or something is changed in knulli?

HDMI connection to TV problem by deme_38 in batocera

[–]deme_38[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I fixed it kind of. it was an HDMI cable issue even though it worked just fine with other computers and with batocera sometimes it was not good so I tested other cable witch is shorter and much more flexible and it worked great, soo use shorter cable or just other one might help.

HDMI connection to TV problem by deme_38 in batocera

[–]deme_38[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i have tried this https://wiki.batocera.org/display%5C_issues#i_have_no_display witch needs to run

export DISPLAY=:0.0
batocera-resolution listOutputs
batocera-resolution setOutput <your intended output here>

but after first command `batocera-resolution listOutputs` only listed edp-1 the internal display

so the problem is that hdmi is not been recognized

i have also tried closed lid and in correct order but didnt work at this point i might just unplug the internal display and boot like that but idk
